After debating whether I’ll do the conventional way of sterilizing bottles which is boiling or use an electric sterilizer, obviously, the easiest way won. After canvassing the most affordable and reliable electric steam sterilizers, I chose Chicco, sold at Php 1999.75. It also comes with a lifetime warranty, and can fit wide-neck bottles such as my Tommee Tippee and Avent bottles.

MisisB braved the crowd of 168 Mall in Divisoria at 34 weeks yesterday. I have two companions though and we went there early morning so we can avoid the crowd since it’s a weekend. 168 Mall has a newly constructed expansion mall which is more spacious. While store-hopping, I found a store that sells baby clothes, and was I lucky that they sell US brands like Baby Starters, baby GAP, Gerber, etc… Luckiest because baby clothes are cheap!

We went shopping for baby stuff again. After looking for designs of diaper bags, I finally zeroed in on Baby Couture diaper bags. Why Baby Couture? Because it’s the only bag that doesn’t scream “Hey, I’m a baby bag with diapers and bottles inside!”. And just like the brand’s tagline, it’s never too young for couture. I believe that things for the baby should also reflect the parents’ style.
We chose the Jesse diaper bag in black. A big messenger bag that will be perfect for us when travelling on weekends because it can accommodate all things for the baby. It also comes with a wipes case, changing mat and a pacifier holder. Plus, it’s a unisex design so daddy won’t be too embarassed carrying this bag in public, hehehe…

Online shopping mode again! Even before I was pregnant, I wanted my future baby to own cool and unique clothes. I think for the first few years of the babies, it reflects the parents’ fashion sense and style instead of the kids, like they have a choice, hehe…
Jeff really likes black in clothes, and I like statement tees so these baby onesies are perfect…

I took advantage of the 3-day sale in Megamall to buy Tommee Tippee feeding bottles. Jeff’s cousin sent us an Avent Infant Starter Kit so I decided to try other feeding bottle brands that are also BPA-free. I was lucky to learn from Girltalk forum that Tommee Tippee bottles are on a Buy 3 Take 1 promo so I specifically looked for this in SM Department Store.
Other baby stuff I bought…
