I’ve been planning to make a no-bake blueberry cheesecake but I always got intimidated because of too many instructions and ingredients (see, I’m that lazy). Anyway, I printed My Mom Friday’s No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake recipe some weeks ago and bought some of the ingredients especially the Knox gelatine and can of Comstock blueberry pie filling.
One rainy weekend, I got excited to use the Boroseal glass containers from the Lock & Lock event and so I finally mustered my limited “baking” skills to make a blueberry cheescake.
The Boroseal glass containers are perfect!
I have one kitchen disaster though… If you take a look at the cheesecake’s base, it’s not a graham cracker crust. It’s because I ate the graham crackers that I bought :p. I already mixed the cheesecake filling until I realized that, so I just bought a pack of Fudgee Bar at the sari-sari store. Sliced the Fudgee bars in half and spread at the bottom of the glass pan. Instant crust, yes? Just buy the Milky Craze flavor, or if you want a chocolate base, buy the choco flavor.
Turned out yummy! Thanks Mom Friday for the recipe, original recipe here.

Looks very delicious!
Being intimidated with too many instructions doesn’t mean you’re lazy… it could mean that you get overwhelmed with having too many directions. I know I tend to get that way when i purchase like a tv stand or bookshelf from Walmart and they have so many instructions, ugh. I just ask someone else to do it. It’s only because I need step by step gps directions or my head will start to hurt, lol.
Have fun! You should start posting some delicious recipes… just a suggestion π
