Here I go again, after wondering about safe beauty products during pregnancy before, I’m now studying safe beauty products when nursing. And I thought I could go back to my skin regimen and have blemish-free skin once again right after giving birth. I’m confused because there are a lot of contradicting studies regarding the use of skin care products when breastfeeding. I’ve read them all including tatoo removal studies. But one thing’s for sure thought, use of anything with retinoic acid or retinol is a big no-no. That means, sad news for me because my derma product I’ve been using has that ingredient. I need to find new alternatives and read more on skin care…
