4D baby ultrasound at Face2Face

October 23, 2010 6 Comments

We had our 4D baby ultrasound at The Baby Ultrasound Company, also known as Face2Face, earlier. I chose Face2Face over In My Womb because their gold package is cheaper than its similar package at In My Womb. We paid Php 3,300 for the gold package as opposed to In My Womb’s Php 4,000 Ruby Package. F2F also includes a CD containing digital still images of the baby for Facebook posting purposes, hehe…

sleeping little princess at 30 weeks

The little princess is sleeping throughout the 4D session, and she sleeps like me, covering her head with her hands. The OB had to nudge my belly everytime she sweeps the apparatus just to move the baby’s hand out of her face. It was until the last few minutes of our session that our baby girl removed her hand just so we can catch a glimpse of her entire face. And that moment was priceless, even for just a few seconds, knowing that she’s okay inside me is so worth it.

The doctor said that my amniotic fluid is low that’s why she can’t get a clearer contrast of the image. I began to worry because on my last check-up, everything is okay and normal. My OB just advised me to continue taking my multivitamins and she’ll increase the frequency of my check-ups. I’ll bring this matter up next week…

I had my 4D when I was 32 weeks. They told me that I may not see my baby clearly since it would be occupying my uterine cavity by that time. Everything will probably look cramped inside and the outcome would not be as nice. Buti na lang meron na lang matubig ako (high amniotic fluid index) kaya medyo swimming swimming pa baby. 🙂 good luck to us sis 🙂

    Hi…

My friend had an ultrasound three weeks ago, she told me there was a 4d scan for only Php1,000.00. It includes 2 pictures of the baby… I would be availing of that service this week (probably)… I am really exciteed to see how my baby is progressing inside of me… I am 29 weeks and 6 days at the moment… 🙂 I will update you if there was indeed a package of that price… 🙂
