Breathe Easy with Omron CompAir Nebulizer

October 18, 2017 Leave a Comment

Gwen was 9 months old when we brought her to the doctor not because of her scheduled vaccination but due to fever and cough. It was that bad that warranted a visit to the doctor. We were given medicines but what surprised me was when the pediatrician asked us if we have a nebulizer at home. I said we don’t own one… and I proudly said that, “wala naman pong may hika sa amin.”

I was wrong, I learned that a nebulizer is a must in every household especially if you have kids. You can use it not only for asthma but also for bronchitis and allergies. So after the hospital visit, we immediately bought an Omron Nebulizer for Gwen.

She keeps on removing the face mask here. But for young children, use a face mask to avoid medicine wastage.

I don’t want you to have the same negative thought about owning a nebulizer that’s why I’m glad that Omron Healthcare invited me and other mommy bloggers to create an awareness campaign on the availability of efficient medication for asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the market.

The event was led by by Dr. Anjanette O. Reyes – De Leon, M.D., Pediatrician and Asthma and Lung specialist. Dr. De Leon shared valuable information about respiratory problems, management and cure. An Omron nebulizer is a valuable partner in dealing with these respiratory diseases, like this CompAir Nebulizer System NE-C801.

I love the compact size of the NE-C801, so small yet so powerful.  This Omron nebulizer kit uses Virtual Valve Technology which provides highly efficient nebulization with reduced medication wastage. The compressor forces air to the nebulizer kit. When the air enters the nebulizer kit, it converts the prescribed medication into an aerosol of microscopic droplets that can easily be inhaled, helping patients to breathe easy faster.

I also learned from Dr. De Leon that for children aged 7 years old and below, use a face mask to properly deliver the medication. For older kids, use the mouthpiece.

The Omron nebulizer is a mom’s bestfriend, so that your family can #BreatheEasy. With this, proper care must be done. Cleaning the face mask or mouthpiece after use is important. You also need to replace the filter once it becomes dirty. If you’re unsure what to do with your unit, Omron has different service centers near you.

Now is the best time to own an Omron CompAir Nebulizer System NE-C801 because they have a pricee cut off promo. From Php 3,280.00, you can now get Php 300 off when you purchase the Omron CompAir Nebulizer System NE-C801 from all leading drugstore chains and appliances stores from September 15 to October 31, 2017.
