How to prevent dengue: Mga paraan para hindi makagat ng lamok

September 25, 2018 Leave a Comment

There has been a significant rise in Dengue fever cases as of late. ABS-CBN also reported that several doctors in Philippine Children’s Medical Center contracted severe dengue. Having dengue fever is no joke, and I don’t want to risk my family’s health that’s why we always take precautionary measures like using mosquito repellant sprays and anti-mosquito patches. Erceflora Probibears: Yummy tummy supplement for kids

July 17, 2018 12 Comments

Last May, we planned on going to Baguio as our last summer getaway before school starts. We were looking forward to it for weeks but unfortunately we weren’t able to go. 4 days before we leave, Gwen complained about stomach pain and she had a slight fever. After 2 days, she was vomiting and goes to the toilet often. We went to the doctor and had some lab tests done, the result… high levels of bacteria, doctor said it’s stomach flu. We were given a cocktail of medicines and antibiotic. *sigh*…. Apart from the medicine expenses, it’s so hard to see your daughter sick. Minsan lang magkasakit si Gwen and this stomach flu hit her hard, talagang naging matamlay sya. Plus, it’s a bummer that our vacation plans got cancelled.

If only I had known that there’s a tummy supplement to protect kids from digestive diseases like diarrhea and constipation, Gwen won’t get sick. Now I know better, I see to it that she takes Erceflora Probibears to shoo tummy problems away.
