Last night, I attended the Freeway x Manansala launch, a fashion event. After seeing some of the guests invited, I felt like being under-dressed. It’s as if my fashion sense is from way back and they are fashion-forward. This is the result of my home/office/grocery routine, not being able to window shop at the mall to see what’s new in fashion. Whenever I’m in the mall, I’m always at the baby section…
This is why online shopping is love… I get to see the latest in fashion and by just click of a button, I can pay for the clothes and just wait for it to arrive at my doorstep. So now, I’m currently looking at Gray & Osbourn site, they have nice selections of clothes for my age. I don’t think I can still carry the youth vibe of dresses from Forever 21. When we became parents, we became too excited for all things baby. I would always check out online sites for baby things, when we go to SM, baby section is always my destination. I can’t remember any major purchase for myself for the past 3 months. All shopping money went to the little one. She’s one spoiled princess.
I learned my lesson though, babies grow so fast that clothes you bought last week won’t fit for the next 2 weeks. There are also unnecessary things that we bought out of whim, like this yellow bath tub worth Php 800 but is still unused because Gwen loves the old bath tub of my nephew. I might as well sell some pre-loved clothes as early as now so that we can buy a new addition to our collection of G shock watches. It’s mommy and daddy’s turn to shop, baby!
Another loyalty card from SM, it’s for mommies, it’s for babies, and it’s PINK! It’s the SM Baby Company’s Mom Card, just like the SM Advantage Card, it rewards customers with points for every purchase in SM Department Store and Baby Company stores. Points can then be used to redeem Baby Company items in any SM Department store and Baby Company stores. When you buy Baby Company items, it automatically gains 4 points. Ordinary purchases from SM Department Store gains 1 point.

We went to American Women’s Bazaar last Tuesday to have my Saya Baby Carrier exchanged to a larger size. It’s my first time to go to the American Women’s Bazaar but I might frequent this because they have unique items not found in malls and Divi. Products include native handicrafts, handmade jewelries, bath and body products, home decors, baby items, specialty foods, and even some best male enhancement products.
I saw cute and unique looking baby items from Babinski Baby. I got these red/black dress (Php 450) and the swaddler wrap (Php 400) for Gwen.

I love outfits that can pass up as an adult outfit for Gwen, nothing too cute and baby-ish.
