DIY: Stickers for your kids’ bedroom

March 29, 2012 15 Comments

Gwen’s little corner in our bedroom is getting dull and boring with its white walls. I’ve been wanting to put wall decals but the ones I saw at Youji&Me is pricey for just stickers.

boring white walls

Luckily, Jeff and I visited the big Japan Home Centre along Panay Avenue one afternoon and I found room stickers for, Php 88! They have cute designs perfect for a kids’ room, there are pink butterflies, sun and moon, cars for the little boys, fish, and animals. I bought the fish and animal themes, though I really really like the pink butterflies…

Wall stickers for just Php 88 each

The finished product, tadah!

Instant room make-over for only Php 176!

That’s why I really love Japanese retail chains. You’ll never know the wonderful finds that await you. Your daughter seems to be very attracted to the nice stickers!:)

This is how a mom should do it! Affordable and very sassy! 🙂

I use stickers too back in college. I can’t afford original Winnie the Pooh stuffs, so I buy cheap stickers and place them on all my school stuff. 🙂
