Hip-hop classes at G-Force Dance Center Alabang

June 18, 2019 18 Comments

Another activity that Gwen got busy last summer was attending Beginners Hip-hop classes at G-Force Dance Center Alabang in Festival Mall. Last year pa sana nyang gustong mag-try sa G-Force kaya lang akala ko kasi mahal. Yun pala, yung nakita ko last time is for their workshop with Dance Recital. But thanks to Gwen’s friend, Lora, we learned that they have OPEN CLASSES pala. Open classes mean you just pay for the 1 hour session, which is Php 450 if you pay the same day, or an early bird rate of Php 350 if you book your class 2 days in advance.

G-Force Dance Center Alabang is located at the 4th level of Festival Mall, near Landmark. They have 2 big dance studios that can accommodate a number of students. They have a comfort room for the students para hindi na lalabas pa to the mall.

To check the schedule of their Open Classes, follow their Facebook page. We usually go on Saturday or Sunday because they have 1 pm or 2 pm class schedule. On weekdays, they also have different classes offered but it’s usually around 6 pm or 7 pm. It’s really nice that aside from the time of the classes, they also include the teacher assigned. So kung di mo gusto yung teacher, you can just wait for another sched. So far naman, Gwen liked all her teachers, I encourage her to attend classes pa nga with other teachers because they have different styles. So far she likes Teacher Jim and Teacher Edward.

What I like about attending G-Force is that in just 1 hour, your child will really learn a dance routine. 1 dance number na agad, and I feel that my 450 pesos is worth it. Kasi last summer, nag dance lessons si Gwen near our place for 3,500 pesos, 10 sessions daw yun pero the whole summer 1 dance number lang ang nabuo nila :p. At G-Force, Gwen always looks forward to her hip-hop classes, kasi nga she’ll learn a different dance/song every session. I also noticed that her self-confidence especially in dancing greatly improved!

G-Force Dance Center does not allow the parents/companions inside the dance studio, sa Kids Class lang pwede when it’s time for their preview. Maganda naman kasi the kids can concentrate with their dance. Pero kids can bring their phones inside the studio and record the routine. Kay Teacher Jim pa nga, he will dance solo muna and he’ll ask the kids to record his dance para mapag-aralan pa nila kahit nasa bahay na. 🙂

Here’s one of their dance routines captured by Gwen, the dance steps are taught by Teacher Edward.

Ang galing di ba? If your kids want to give dancing a try, I recommend going to G-Force Dance Center, they have one in Alabang and also in Quezon City. The teachers are really talented, you’ll know why they are called home of celebrity choreographers. 🙂

I have been seeing posts on the G-Force Dance Center. My 10 year loves dancing, I would often see him practicing dance moves he sees on TV ~ if only this dance studio is near our place, unfortunately it is too far.

I was thinking of enrolling my youngest in GForce here in QC kaso she’s too young pa daw. I’ll wait in a few years and see if she’s still interested 🙂

GForce is really a recommendable place to learn dancing, and nagenjoy ang bunso ko in their last workshop. Ate is interested to take a lesson din next summer.
