Just got lucky with Maped

June 5, 2014 14 Comments

Last month, I was at National Bookstore in Trinoma to look for coloring materials for Gwen. Bali-bali na kasi crayons nya, kakabili lang bali agad o kaya tanggal na yung label. I was looking for other alternatives like colored pens, etc. A girl wearing a Maped shirt approached me and talked me into buying Maped items. For every Php 250 worth of items single receipt daw, I will get a freebie and 1 raffle coupon. The raffle prize is a Jansport backpack filled with Maped items. I’m not really excited about the raffle because I’m not that lucky, as in!

Anyway, I bought the Maped  Colorpeps Smart Plastic Crayons Maxi and Colored Pencils. We love using the Smart Plastic Crayons because it does not break easily. Imagine, 1 month nang gamit ni Gwen, wala pang nabali! And the colors are really vibrant, yummy to look at. The names are really cool too, like Blush, Aubergine, etc.

Cool color names

The Maped Color Peps Smart Plastic Crayons is also perfect for cute little hands because of its triangular shape, it will be easier for the kids to grip. They have a Maxi size (mas mataba) for toddlers.

Let’s Mapedize promo

I earned 1 raffle entry because I bought more than Php 250. I nonchalantly filled up the raffle stub and gave to the staff. I’m not really expecting to win.

BUT I WON! :p

I won everything shown in the photo and a 25 L Superbreak Jansport Bag. Coolness!

Thank you Maped!

The promo runs until June 8, 2014 and there will be a second raffle draw. 9 winners per branch of National Bookstore.

I’m raving about Maped not just because I won from their raffle but because Gwen and I really love their products, especially the plastic crayons.

And here’s some luck for you mommies! I hope you win too!

Hi 🙂 I’m glad to came across your posts mommy Badet. Matagal na kasi akong naghahanap ng other brand for non toxic crayons na magagamit ng chikiting ko na pang matagalan na. Yung tipong hindi ko na kailangang bumili ng bumili ng bagong set dahil laging nababali. Thank you for the info 🙂

wow, congrats mrs. b! excited na din ako turuang mag color si baby A, i’ll probably buy the thick one. Mukhang magandang klase ng yung maped lalo na kung di agad madali maputol yung crayons. =)

Congratulations!!! You are so lucky.. Unlike with my experience, one of MAPED representatives called me at home and inform me that I’m one of the winners picked for NATIONAL BOOKSTORE ROBINSON – ORTIGAS BRANCH. So, I went there and inquired to their Customer Service Dept, unfortunately, the representative there, ignored my concern and said “ay hindi ko po alam” and she even did not even bothered to check it with her colleagues or with MAPED.

Hi Valene, I’m sorry about your experience. In my case, the one who called me asked the day I can claim my prize so that they can have a Maped representative at the NBS branch. If wala yatang Maped rep. and just the NBS staff, they really don’t know and they don’t have the prizes with them.
