Makeshift hammock

One thing that parents with a baby don’t want to occur is a power interruption especially at night. This means endless crying from the baby and a numb and tired arms from carrying the baby just to make her sleep. Well, that’s our situation the other night, so out of desperation, Jeff made a makeshift hammock or duyan.

Using a bed sheet, pillows, a pair of hangers, strong mountaineering ropes from Jeff and a sleeping baby, we got ourselves a makeshift hammock. We had some peace for the night because of this…
