On smelly feet and Saltwater Sandals

September 16, 2012 23 Comments

Does your toddler has smelly feet? It’s embarrassing and funny at the same time to find out that the little girl has stinky feet. Funny because a small feet like hers can smell that stinky, hahaha, mas mabaho pa sa paa ng matanda. We guessed the culprit is her Nike City Sandals because of its material. Aside from that, it’s normal for toddlers to have smelly feet because they are active. I just asked yaya Gladys to wash her sandals after every use so that it won’t harbor more bacteria.

Meanwhile, I’m raving about Saltwater Sandals because her feet has no smell whenever she uses this.

White Sweetheart Saltwater Sandals, Php 1990 from Mothercare

The moment I saw this in Mothercare, I fell in love with its all-leather straps, it’s so soft! I bet it’s comfy and I want one for myself too (para terno na rin). But the only branch that sells adult sizes is in Moana, Powerplant Mall.

Turns out that I’m not the only one who is crazy about Saltwater Sandals, Hollywood celebrities and their babies too. One example is Suri Cruise.

Suri Cruise is wearing the Surfer style, also comes in double buckle just like Gwen’s Sweetheart style to secure the toddler’s tiny feet.

Saltwater Sandals are available in every colors of the rainbow, that’s why it’s so tempting to start a collection =).

Saltwater Sandals are nice but expensive ha! Lol! It depends nga on the material of the shoes/sandals. I once bought my son a pair of sandals that was really cute, but after wearing it, his feet smelled! I don’t let him wear those sandals anymore.

Nice talaga! Saving up to buy one for me. Kaya nga I bought a size bigger kay Gwen kasi adjustable naman yung straps para masulit. 🙂

Oh no! I wonder why often people get smelly feet right after wearing shoes. 🙁 Maybe the reason behind it is the shoes made of.. I guess this saltwater has something to keep feet from odor and what should have other shoes must have.
