Angry Birds merchandise can be seen everywhere, from clothes, shoes, bags, toys, etc. I don’t know where to find original Angry Birds merchandise though, because I only know the ones sold in Divisoria and Baclaran. Gwen hates being covered with a blanket. Yes, she haven’t used that since she’s born, whenever I tried covering her, she would always sense it and kicks the blanket. Well, one advantage of her not using a blanket is that we don’t have to worry that she’ll get suffocated and eventually experience SIDS.
But sometimes the aircon in the room plus the fan can get pretty cold, sometimes she’ll wake up in the middle of the night because of the cold temperature. The solution, sleepsuits!

Gwen is already 7 months and she’s still not crawling. But reading from Baby Center, I should not get worried. And I know that each babies are unique and they achieve their milestones at different times. I’m just pressured and quite excited for her to crawl because my friend’s daughter is already crawling at 6 months!

We got invited to go swimming in Pansol, Laguna last Saturday with our friend, Eric. They will only be here for 3 weeks so we made it a point to spend time with them and their kids. Eric’s family took care of all the food, love the isaw (chicken intestines!).

Anyway, since we’re out, we brought jarred food or the Rafferty’s Garden baby food we bought in SG for Gwen. We brought 3 packs of them, but when mealtime came, I saw boiled sweet potatoes on the table. Jeff and I had a eureka moment and decided to make Gwen mashed potatoes.

Our friend from SG is here, we stayed at their house last month. And to give back for their hospitality and for the sake of bringing back old times, we decided to have an out-of-town trip. Just a day trip to Laguna for the kids to go swimming. I have no idea yet what resort but I’m actually rushing now because I didn’t prepare for this trip. I don’t want to go so that Gwen can rest after her consecutive trips for the last weekend. And she had colds…
Another thing is we had a few mishaps with the car, last week Jeff accidentally backed up our boss’s car at the parking lot (yes, in the parking lot, how lucky eh?) and then this week, the car tire got bloated (got a huge bump) while in the middle of Edsa. How I wish we can buy a new car now, I wonder how much is worth of our car, Nissan X-Trail now. I just hope that no more car-related misfortunes will happen especially now that we’ll be on the road with Gwen. And if worse comes to worst, I hope there will be roadside assistance club along SLEX to take care of us.
I often think of having contests and giveaways on my blogs. But procrastination and laziness hits me just by thinking of checking the entries, lol! But since BER-months is just around the corner, PMC mommies headed by Mommy Ruby is encouraging everyone to conduct contests for Pasko sa Agosto (Christmas in July).
