Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 S Review and Unboxing

May 23, 2016 1 Comment

I’m a proud loyal Asus Zenfone user since last year. I’ve been using my Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe in my daily activities as a working mom and it never failed me in accomplishing my tasks. My husband, Jeff, ditched his iPhone for an Asus Zenfone 2 Laser because he likes the bigger screen. Now, I think it’s time for my old Zenfone to rest because Asus Philippines sent me an Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 S.

Belo Baby Giveaway!

May 18, 2016 90 Comments

My family including my friends have been loyal with Belo Baby ever since I introduced it to them. Some of my mommy friends got curious after watching the Journey commercial featuring Scarlet Snow and was soon hooked on using the Hair & Body Wash and Body Lotion not just for their kids but also for themselves hahaha! The quest for safe, natural, and gentle baby product is over because Belo Baby is made with 100% certified natural and 0% harmful chemicals.

If you haven’t watched the “Journey” TVC, watch it below:

Parent workshops at KidZania Manila

May 15, 2016 5 Comments

KidZania Manila is one of the coolest things that happened to kids these days. It’s the place where they can act as adults and do big things. Kids aged 4 to 14 years old can explore, discover, and learn about the adult world by taking on role-play activities like working as a firefighter, pilot, doctor, artist, etc. In a nutshell, KidZania is a world for kids and parents should take a back seat. Parents/adults cannot enter the shops and establishments, you just let them roam around while you follow them until you get tired or you have the option to relax at the Sky Zone Parents’ Lounge.

But what about my child’s security, you may ask. Well, KidZania has 16 years of experience of running a safe facility in different countries around the world. CCTV monitoring cameras are in place and all visitors who enter KidZania Manila will be required to wear an RFID (radio frequency identification) security bracelet.

Now that your child’s security is settled, you can go ahead and relax at the Parents’ Lounge and join the Parent Workshops #ParentTalksKZMNL.

May 11, 2016 9 Comments

Since it has been a tradition to share to you the Mercury Drug Bantay Kalusugan Flu Vaccination Schedule yearly, I’m posting their schedule for May 2016. It doesn’t hurt to get extra protection against diseases. I really want to advocate natural remedies as much as possible but being down with flu for days and missing school for our kids and work for us working moms, is a big deal. Sayang ang time at syempre, the money that you will spend for your medicines.

Are all milks the same?

May 10, 2016 Leave a Comment

Ever since Gwen stopped breastfeeding when she was 4 years old, she relies on growing up milk in addition to her meals. She is a picky eater, even though some articles said that breastfed babies will not likely to be one. So Jeff and I mutually agreed that Gwen will drink milk as long as she wants just to make sure she’ll get the nutrients her body needs.

The question is, what milk should we give to her? We tried one or two brands, followed what her doctor suggested and some recommendations from friends too. There are plenty of options, from cow’s milk to goat’s milk, full cream to skim, liquid to powder. Does it matter? Aren’t all milks the same in terms of the nutrition they provide?

The answer is NO.
