Lock & Lock Event

August 17, 2012 8 Comments

Weeks ago, I was luckily invited at the opening of the Lock & Lock store in Araneta Avenue. I was surprised because I thought they can only be found inside department stores. I have plenty of knick-knacks/abubot /anik-anik or whatever you call it that’s why containers from Lock & Lock come in handy. I’m sure mommies and daddies will find pleasure checking out Lock & Lock stores. If you think Lock & Lock products are just limited to lunch boxes and water bottles, well check out other cool products below:

Here’s my Lock & Lock loot that afternoon:

I bought a cute baby bottle for Gwen (around Php 500), Boroseal Glass container 730 ml for Php 549.75 each, a water bottle for me, and a Borosilicate Glass Pan for only Php 750. Again, I didn’t know that Lock & Lock has baby bottles already, I like it because it’s BPA-free and it comes with an extra straw and a cleaning brush.

I got the Boroseal Glass containers to use as our baunan to the office. I can also use it as a cookware and food storage. I can reheat the food in the microwave oven without worrying of breaking it because boroseal glass is heat resistant.

Lock & Lock CookPlus Ceramic Pans

Lock & Lock CookPlus Premium Stainless

As I said earlier, Lock & Lock also has other products like the CookPlus cookwares: CookPlus Vitamin; CookPlus Ceramic; and CookPlus Stainless. All CookPlus are PFOA-free, which is carcinogenic. What’s that? Apparently, PFOA is the main component of popular non-stick pans (Teflon). With CookPlus, they use Ecolon which is eco-friendly and does not have harmful side effects to the body.

Lock & Lock Toy Storage

The Lock & Lock Toy Storage is my favorite because it’s colorful, perfect for organizing a kids’ room. This one is around Php 7,000.

Here’s some good news!

i love love love lock&lock containers and water bottles. especially during hte summer, they always have something new na color coded pa… pero mahal pa rin yung benta nila ng baby bottle ah but i really like sippy cups/bottles that come with the cleaning brush for the straw and smaller holes and hard to reach spots… i have a lot of small lock&lock containers for sooae’s food before. nagagalit nga si alex kase hindi na nagagamit. hehe.. pero magandang idea nga yon, use for anik-aniks, hehe.. nowadays, i just let her eat what we eat outside. mas prefer din nya kase, hehe. kaya sayang din yung “thermos” na baunan din nya;( but in Korea, we make side dishes that last for 4-5 days to a week, so hit na hit ang food containers dito. the only container that doesn’t leak for my kimchi is my Lock&lock kimchi container too.
