Because trick or treat is more fun in Boracay, we flew again this year for the halloween celebration and for my birthday. Our first day in the island was October 30, we checked in at the hotel around noon and rested a bit. At around 3 pm, we decided to head to D’Mall for a late lunch and to inquire about halloween activities for the kids. When we passed by Bombom bar, we saw the kids in costumes lining up and walking towards the shops. Uh oh! It turns out that the trick or treat was scheduled that day and not on the 31st. Not wasting time, Jeff rushed back to the hotel and grabbed Gwen’s Indian costume. The kids were almost finished collecting candies at the shops but at least we got to catch up even for a few minutes.
I must say, ibang level talaga ang mga costumes dito! Maybe because they don’t have an SM here where they can buy ready made costumes that’s why their creativity is maximized.
